French brioche with béchamel, roast ham and 3 different cheeses ?
Ingredients
- 500gr strong flour
 - 150 unsalted butter
 - 14gr dried yeast or 50gr fresh
 - 4 eggs
 - 2 spoons of sugar
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 250 ml milk
 
Method
mix all the ingredients together on low speed for 10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic. Put in a large bowl, cover and then allow the dough to rise for 2/3 hours at room temperature.
